F&M Bank Danville, California

BSM completed a tenant improvement project for a new bank branch located within Lunardi’s grocery store in Danville, CA. This project involved a range of specialized trades, including structural wood framing to support custom mitered glass installations, a multi-panel bifolding door, and a glass barn door. Additional work included the installation of ATM equipment, tile, paint, carpet, a wood accent wall, metal cladding, upgraded lighting, mechanical systems, and a suspended ceiling.

BSM coordinated between multiple stakeholders—owner, bank representatives, builder, architect, and local authorities—while navigating project redesigns. This complex, multi-week redesign process involved extensive collaboration for design adjustments, city approvals, cost assessments, and the execution of revised plans. Despite these challenges, BSM successfully streamlined coordination among professionals and trades, ensured compliance with local regulations, and maintained alignment with bank vendor requirements to meet the client’s target opening date.
