BSM Construction completely demolish entire store and reframe the kitchen, cold storage and manager office spaces to bring the clients and architect vision of procession for the client and efficiency for the business to life.

 

Through the process our boots on the ground team worked closely with the client design team resolving various code issues and grassroots uses the client had for preparing food.

 

Our relationships with local artisans and knowledgeable staff with design experience sped the process up and lowered the bottom line cost of the project.

 

Over all the full remodeling the store included revitalizing the restaurant to be inline with the corporate design, added all new kitchen, restroom and dining equipment, added crucial life safety elements and brightened the entire experience for workers and customers.
