BSM Construction remodeled an existing retail space. The tenant improvement work encompassed the following:
– Installation of new finishes
– Construction of non-structural partitions
– Implementation of new casework
These improvements enhanced the retail sales floor, personnel offices, and stock storage. The scope of work also includes associated electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with utility entrance stub-ins. Additionally, HVAC roof curbs and related structural upgrades to the roof will be managed by sub contractors.
