Rancho San Miguel Market Hammer Lane

In February 2026, BSM Construction completed a full tenant improvement for the new Rancho San Miguel Market on Hammer Lane in North Stockton, transforming an existing 62,000-square-foot space into a vibrant, full-service grocery destination.

The project included upgraded kitchens, new display cases, shelving, and refreshed paint and décor throughout. The new market now offers a full-service carnicería, a panadería featuring traditional Mexican pastries baked fresh daily, an authentic cocina with tacos, burritos, and other prepared foods, a salsa and ceviche bar, aguas frescas, family meals like chile verde and fried chicken, and a coffee bar.
