Trader Joes

Paradise Valley, Arizona

Trader Joe’s has launched a series of CO₂ Conversion projects nationwide, with more than 20 anticipated for BSM over the next year. The common scope across these projects is replacing existing refrigeration and freezer cases with a more environmentally friendly CO₂ system. This requires installing a new refrigeration rack and condenser, then swapping out a row of cases each night. By performing this work overnight, stores are able to maintain full operations and product availability during the day. Quick insight on what is to come moving forward.

Each remodel also includes varying interior upgrades depending on the location, such as new checkstands, Captain’s Area bridge replacements, bathroom refreshes, flooring, painting, and other general remodel work.
